07/26/23 Update:
The HCSD Transportation Department has transitioned to a new bus routing software that is not compatible with the My Stop app. Unfortunately, an app that will provide parents with a bus arrival time will not be available to begin the new school year. Our vendor has indicated that a new app will be available by September at the earliest. As soon as this new app is accessible, we will notify families and assist with its roll out. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you and your family.
Parents of students who ride buses in the HCSD,
We are excited to announce that the Hall County School District has partnered with Tyler Technologies to make available to parents an app titled, MySTOP. The app is free and provides you with your child’s bus information through your smartphone or tablet! You can access your child’s bus route information by logging in with your child’s school ID number.
MySTOP provides tracking information 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up and drop-off times calculates the estimated time of arrival and the number of minutes the bus is away from the stop and allows parents to see the GPS-based bus location on a map. Additionally, MySTOP allows the school system to send notifications to you when your child’s bus is late, or if there is a substitute bus for the day.
Overall, we feel MySTOP will us communicate more efficiently with you and provide your family with helpful, real-time information.

Nos complace anunciar que el Distrito Escolar del Condado de Hall se ha asociado con Tyler Technologies para poner a su disposición una aplicación titulada MySTOP. La aplicación es gratuita y le proporciona la información del autobús de su hijo a través de su teléfono o tableta.
