7th Annual Hall County School District’s Expressions Art Show

7th Annual Hall County School District’s Expressions Art Show The 7th Annual Hall County School District’s Expressions Art Show held its closing reception at the Brenau Trustee Library on March 3. The Expressions Art Show is a partnership between the Art Teachers of Hall County Schools and Brenau University, where elementary, middle school, and high school artists display their work for several weeks in the Brenau Trustee Library. The event culminates with honoring award winners from HCSD elementary, middle, and high schools.

The recognitions include People’s Choice Awards; HCSD Art Innovation Awards; Brenau Library Award; Brenau Elementary, Middle, and High School Awards; the Brenau Center for Arts and Design Achievement Awards; and the Brenau 2025 Best in Show Award. Several of the artists are awarded Brenau University Scholarships as well.

Special thanks go to Chestatee High School Art Teacher Veronica Martin and Claudia Wilburn, Director of the Brenau Center for Arts and Design. Congratulations to all of the artists and their teachers!

Presented by Michele Hood, the Director of Hall County Schools’ Innovative and Advanced Programs, this award recognizes exceptional creativity and innovation in the field of art. The winners will be displayed in the office of Innovative and Advanced Programs at the District Office on Green Street.
