He will make the recommendation Monday, June 22, 2026, at the scheduled board meeting. Miller, who is currently serving as Associate Principal at Chicopee Woods Elementary, will replace Principal Robert Wilson, who will transition to the position of Director of School Improvement for the Hall County School District.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am incredibly honored and humbled to be named the next principal at Chicopee Woods Elementary School,\u201d said Miller. \u201cOver the past year, I have had the privilege of learning under Principal Robert Wilson, and it is my prayer to continue the great work already underway. Our students, staff, and families have worked to create strong academic momentum and a positive shift in our school culture, and I look forward to building on that progress together.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Miller brings a wide range of instructional and leadership experience to her new role as Principal of Chicopee Woods Elementary School. She currently serves as Associate Principal at Chicopee Woods Elementary and previously served as Assistant Principal at Spout Springs School of Enrichment. Prior to moving into administration, Miller worked as an early intervention teacher at Wauka Mountain Multiple Intelligences Academy and taught at the elementary level at Wauka Mountain, Riverbend Advanced Scholars Academy, and Lyman Hall Elementary School.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRoxie Miller has dedicated her career to serving and supporting elementary students across Hall County, and her experience as both a classroom teacher and school leader make her an excellent fit to lead Chicopee Woods Elementary School,\u201d said Superintendent Will Schofield. \u201cShe understands the importance of strong instruction, student support, and building meaningful relationships with families and staff.
