01\/30 – HCSD Weather Update
\nHall County is currently under a Winter Storm Warning. Due to the timing of anticipated snow accumulations and the potential for hazardous driving conditions, all extracurricular activities scheduled for Friday must conclude by 8:30 PM.<\/p>\n

All extracurricular activities for Saturday and Sunday January 31 and February 1, 2026, in the Hall County School District are postponed or cancelled. This includes all practices, rehearsals, and performances.<\/p>\n

Extremely cold temperatures are expected on Sunday, which may cause some roads to remain hazardous into Monday morning. A decision regarding school operations and extracurricular events for Monday will be communicated as soon as possible on Sunday.
\nWe will continue to closely monitor weather conditions and will work with our partners at the Hall County Emergency Management Agency. We will also rely on guidance and forecasts from the National Weather Service as we make decisions focused on the safety of our students and staff.<\/p>\n
