The HCSD Transportation Department has transitioned to a new bus routing software that is not compatible with the My Stop app. Unfortunately, an app that will provide parents with a bus arrival time will not be available to begin the new school year. Our vendor has indicated that a new app will be available by September at the earliest. As soon as this new app is accessible, we will notify families and assist with its roll out. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you and your family.<\/p>\n

Parents of students who ride buses in the HCSD,<\/p>\n

We are excited to announce that the Hall County School District has partnered with Tyler Technologies to make available to parents an app titled, MySTOP<\/em><\/strong>. The app is free and provides you with your child\u2019s bus information through your smartphone or tablet! You can access your child\u2019s bus route information by logging in with your child\u2019s school ID number.
\nMySTOP<\/strong> <\/em>provides tracking information 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up and drop-off times calculates the estimated time of arrival and the number of minutes the bus is away from the stop and allows parents to see the GPS-based bus location on a map. Additionally, MySTOP<\/strong> <\/em>allows the school system to send notifications to you when your child\u2019s bus is late, or if there is a substitute bus for the day.
\nOverall, we feel MySTOP<\/strong> <\/em>will us communicate more efficiently with you and provide your family with helpful, real-time information.<\/p>\n
