(example: xxxxxx@hallco.org) and password.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a teacher or a Hall County staff member, enter your HallCo credentials (firstname.lastname@hallco.org).<\/p>\n<p>a) Click the Settings Gear in the upper right-hand corner beside the your\u00a0name<\/p>\n<p>b) Click on \u201cOffice 365 settings\u201d<\/p>\n<p>c) Click on \u201csoftware install and manage software\u201d on the left hand column<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Click on \u201c<strong>OFFICE<\/strong>\u201d on the left hand column to make sure it is highlighted in\u00a0blue.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0Check to ensure that you have available installations by looking at the computer name, operating system and installation dates.\u00a0<em>Remember: You\u00a0only can install the software on 5 devices.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Click on the drop-down menu and select the appropriate language.<br \/>\n<strong>6.<\/strong>\u00a0Click\u00a0<strong>INSTALL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6698 lazyload\" program will scan your computer for any previous versions of Microsoft Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong>\u00a0If you have Microsoft Office 2013 installed already, you will have to remove it from your system before continuing the installation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you have to remove Office, you must complete these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Once prompted, select the Fix It Button at the top of the screen to uninstall the program (Office 2013\/Office 365).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Click Run<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Once complete you must reboot your computer and log in again and repeat steps 1-5.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong>\u00a0If you do not have to remove Office, your installation of Office 365 ProPlus will begin.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" box will appear as the software downloads the final settings.
