REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You will be required to upload your photo ID while updating your Census information. If you are updating your address information, you will need to upload your new Proof of Residence documents. If you do not have a scanner at home, you can use the app Microsoft OfficeLens (available for Android and iPhone) to take a picture and upload.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/p\/office-lens\/9wzdncrfj3t8?activetab=pivot:overviewtab\">Click here to access the app.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Scroll down to see accepted Proof of Residency documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Step 2. LOGIN TO PARENT PORTAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You will be updating your Census information and uploading your documents to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hallco.org\/web\/ic-portal-users\/\">Parent Portal<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Login to your Parent Portal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Click on \u2018More\u2019 on the left hand side<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Click on \u2018Student and Household Information\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Depending on your applications status, you will need to click \u2018Start\u2019, \u2018Continue\u2019, or \u2018Start Another\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018Begin Registration\u2019 and follow the prompts<\/li>\n<li>Make any necessary changes and upload documents to your child\u2019s application and click \u2018Submit\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">**Note: Once complete, be sure to submit your application, your application cannot be processed if not submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hallco.org\/web\/new-ic-users\/#tab-id-2\">Click here for instructions on how to create a Parent Portal.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hallco.org\/web\/ic-portal-users\/\">Click here to set up a new Parent Portal account.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/campus.hallco.org\/campus\/portal\/hall.jsp\">Click here to go to the Parent Portal page to sign in<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If you have problems logging into your Parent Portal account, contact your child\u2019s existing school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Step 3.
