Parents of students who ride buses in the HCSD,
We are excited to announce that the Hall County School District has partnered with Tyler Technologies to make available to parents an app titled, MySTOP. The app is free and provides you with your child’s bus information through your smartphone or tablet! You can access your child’s bus route information by logging in with your child’s school ID number.
MySTOP provides tracking information 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up and drop-off times calculates the estimated time of arrival and the number of minutes the bus is away from the stop and allows parents to see the GPS-based bus location on a map. Additionally, MySTOP allows the school system to send notifications to you when your child’s bus is late, or if there is a substitute bus for the day.
Overall, we feel MySTOP will us communicate more efficiently with you and provide your family with helpful, real-time information.

Padres de estudiantes que viajan en los autobuses de HCSD,
Nos complace anunciar que el Distrito Escolar del Condado de Hall se ha asociado con Tyler Technologies para poner a su disposición una aplicación titulada MySTOP. La aplicación es gratuita y le proporciona la información del autobús de su hijo a través de su teléfono o tableta. Puede acceder a la información de la ruta del autobús de su hijo iniciando la sesión con el número de identificación de la escuela de su hijo.
MySTOP proporciona información de la ruta 30 minutos antes de las horas programadas para recoger y dejar, calcula la hora estimada de llegada y la cantidad de minutos que el autobús está de la parada y les permite a los padres ver la ubicación del autobús basada en GPS en un mapa. Además, MySTOP permite que el sistema escolar le envíe notificaciones cuando el autobús de su hijo llegue tarde o si hay un autobús sustituto para el día.

Using My Stop App
Versatrans My Stop™ is a mobile app that provides access to bus information, while providing parents valuable information about their child’s bus route and approximate time of arrival at their stop. Parents can download this app thru the App store to an IOS device, or to Android devices from Google Play.
To use the My Stop app:
After the Versatrans My Stop app has been downloaded- Tap the My Stop app icon to launch the My Stop app.
- At the landing screen, select the “TAP TO SELECT A SCHOOL DISTRICT” to display a list of school districts. If the screen is blank, tap the “CLOSEST DISTRICTS BUTTON”.
- On the Following screen select Hall County School District and tap OK. See Figure 1
- At the login screen, the Username will be the student ID as provided by the school system. The default password will be your student D.O.B enter as two-digit month, two-digit day, and four-digit year without any space or dashes.
- Tap Login. The My Stop screen displays your child’s name. See Figure 2
**If there is more than one student associated with a household, you can request all student to be group together by sending a request to the transportation department via email to bushelp@hallco.org. While placing this request please provide the following information.
- All requested student ID
- Student birthdays
- Associated primary home address.
7. Once request has been receive and processed, parents will be able to tap on the child’s name and a map will displays with their bus route and current bus location. The bus route and bus position only display when the route is scheduled and GPS data is available. If the route is scheduled and there is no GPS data then it will still show the student stop but not the bus.
8. Tap Setup. A screen displays that allows you to subscribe to “Delayed Bus notifications” change password, add and edit user email address. See Figure 3

Uso de la aplicación móvil My-Stop
Versatrans My Stop ™ es una aplicación móvil que brinda acceso a la información del autobús escolar. Al mismo tiempo brinda a los padres información valiosa sobre la ruta del autobús de su hijo/a y la hora aproximada de llegada de su parada. Los padres pueden descargar esta aplicación a través de la tienda de aplicaciones por medio del Apple Store o en dispositivos Android desde Google Play.
Para usar la aplicación:
- Descargada la aplicación en tu dispositivo
- Toque el icon de la aplicación My Stop para iniciar la aplicación.
- En la pantalla de inicio, seleccione “TOQUE PARA SELECCIONAR UN DISTRITO ESCOLAR (“TAP TO SELECT A SCHOOL DISTRICT”)” para mostrar una lista de distritos escolares. Si la pantalla está en blanco, toque el “BOTÓN DE DISTRITOS MÁS CERCANOS”(“CLOSEST
DISTRICTS BUTTON”). - En la siguiente pantalla, seleccione Distrito escolar del condado de Hall y toque Aceptar. Ver figura 1
- En la pantalla de inicio de sesión, el nombre de usuario será el número de identificación del estudiante proporcionado por el sistema escolar. La contraseña predeterminada será el día de nacimiento de su estudiante en forma numeral ingresado como mes en dos dígitos, día en dos dígitos y año en cuatro dígitos sin espacios ni guiones. (ie. 01022021)
- Toque Iniciar sesión. La pantalla My Stop muestra el nombre de su hijo. Ver figura 2
** Si hay más de un estudiante asociado con un hogar, puede solicitar que todos los estudiantes se agrupen enviando una solicitud al departamento de transporte por correo electrónico a bushelp@hallco.org. Al realizar esta solicitud, proporcione la siguiente información.- Toda la identificación de estudiante solicitada
- Cumpleaños de estudiantes
- Dirección de domicilio principal asociada.
- Una vez que se haya recibido y procesado la solicitud, los padres podrán tocar el nombre del niño y se mostrará un mapa con la ruta del autobús y la ubicación actual del autobús. La ruta del autobús y la posición del autobús solo se muestran cuando la ruta está programada y los datos GPS están disponibles. Si la ruta está programada y no hay datos de GPS, seguirá mostrando la parada del estudiante, pero no el autobús.
- Toque Configuración. Aparece una pantalla que le permite suscribirse a las “notificaciones de autobús demoradas”, cambiar la contraseña, agregar y editar la dirección de correo electrónico del usuario. Ver figura 3
