Hall County Schools Logo

The Hall County School District is excited to have the opportunity to teach your child for the 2020-2021 school year. Whether you are new to our system or your child is currently enrolled in one of our schools, it is our goal to serve you respectfully, effectively, and efficiently.

In an effort to protect the health of all stakeholders in our community, we have developed The Hall County Online Registration Application for registering, withdrawing, or transferring students. This application is currently available and will include the ability to withdraw or transfer students beginning on June 8, 2020. You can access the registration website by going to and by clicking on the registration banner at the top of the webpage, or by using the following link to go directly to the registration website:

The Hall County Online Registration Application will first walk you through the process of filling out information and uploading the documents needed to complete your child’s registration, withdrawal, or transfer within the Hall County School District. Next, you will be asked to schedule a virtual meeting with the registrar from your school who will meet with you online to finalize the process.

To meet the needs of anyone unable to use online tools to complete this process, a student registration center will open beginning on June 8, on the Monday and Wednesday of each week, at Ivester Early College. Please travel to Ivester Early College at One 6th Street, Gainesville, GA 30501 between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:30 pm to schedule an appointment. The center will be closed for lunch from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

The Hall County School District strives to be the most caring place on Earth, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve your family.
