Parent Portal:  The district has made available information for you on the Parent Portal.  By logging on to the Parent Portal, you can access your child's attendance (including tardies) and a record of any unexcused absences.  Currently, parents are not able to access grades through the elementary school Parent Portal.  Due to FERPA regulations, you must come by the school and sign for your password.  You may do this between 8:00 - 1:00, Monday - Friday in the school office or at the October 23rd PTO meeting.  If you have a high or middle school student, you may use your current password.

Communication Module:  As a Hall County School we now have the capability of sending mass emails to parents in case of emergencies and to communicate non-emergency information.  Several weeks ago we requested current telephone numbers and email addresses from you.   We are in the process of finalizing that information in our student data system.  If you have not returned updated information to us, please do so this week.
