School Profile Since 1957, the students and staff of North Hall High School have distinguished themselves in academic, athletic and extracurricular pursuits. Today, North Hall High School is the premier school in Northeast Georgia providing its students with a superior educational experience. Students of North Hall High have responded by excelling in academic achievement, and consistently have the highest composite SAT scores in Hall County. Athletically, NHHS earned numerous region and state accolades during the 2004-05 school year, qualifying for the state playoffs in eight sports. North Hall High School's clubs and other extracurricular groups are recognized annually for their outstanding work, and showcase the remarkable talents of our students.North Hall High School has an enrollment of 1,100 students in grades nine through twelve. The mascot is the Trojan, and the school colors are green and white. The campus of North Hall High School is a sprawling facility with venues for academics, technology, athletics, and the arts. In the last few years, an on-campus softball field was established, new track surface installed, and construction of a new athletic complex began. In the past few years, North Hall High School has undertaken several initiatives designed to improve the educational experience of our students. An advisement program was begun with the goal of better preparing our students and parents toward graduation and post-secondary options. The faculty formed the Council for School Improvement Team (CSI) that brings staff members together to collaborate and dialogue, seeking ways of improving instruction, and a School Council comprised of staff members, parents, and business representatives was formed to study and make recommendations for improving the function of North Hall High School. The students, parents, and staff are extremely proud of North Hall High School. This pride is evident in the involvement on our school by all its stakeholders. Our parents are actively involved in the school and their child's education. The students demonstrate tremendous school spirit at extracurricular events. The community supports North Hall High School by serving as partners with the school and providing financial support. North Hall High School has gathered the resources needed to be exceptional.
