Welcome to Hall County Schools!
Superintendent's Journal

Hall County Community,

I look forward to sharing with our community, in as many ways as is possible, many of the incredible things happening in your Hall County School District. I have the greatest job in the world-I visit our 33 schools often and see firsthand what is happening to prepare the next generation for the information/conceptual age.

Is there room for improvement? You bet. As the old hymn says, we all stand in need of improvement. However, with the team we have in place and the support of this amazing community, the future indeed looks bright.

Thank you for allowing us to support you in developing our future leaders.

Character, Competency, Rigor...For All

System Juniors Ace GHSGT
5/9/2008
Congratulations to our system juniors and their teachers for their outstanding performance on the Georgia High School Graduation Test. Our students significantly outperformed the state in every area! North Hall High missed 100% of their juniors passing the math test by 1 student. Great work students and staff.

Hillary Harper Wins National DECA Competition!
5/2/2008
Hillary Harper, a junior at North Hall High placed 1st in the nation in a DECA event this week: "Fashion Merchandising Promotion Plan." Hillary has also just been elected to a state office for DECA next year. There were 192 contestants from across the nation in this event. Hillary is an incredible young lady. Her presentation was based on a 30 page manual that she wrote with all the particulars of the promotion campaign she designed. Her presentation was genuineeshe believed in what she was promoting, and the National judges did also. Great Job!!
