Johnson Students Spend a Week at Georgia Southern University Graphics Camp.

Johnson seniors, Grayson Anthony and Kevin Lopez attended a week long summer graphics camp on the campus of Georgia Southern University sponsored by the Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art and Quad/Graphics the week of June 24-29, 2012..

In the weeklong residency camp, rising high school Juniors, Seniors and recent graduates had the opportunity to create printed artifacts using Adobe Creative Suite and industry printing presses in the Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art’s state-of-the-art Graphic Communication Management (GCM) labs.

Each day, students learned an array of different printing and production processes through hands-on experiences taught by Georgia Southern professors.  Evenings were fun-filled with movies, karaoke night and access to Georgia Southern University’s Recreation Activities Center (RAC).
