Transcript Requests

Current Students:

Current JHS students can have their high school transcript send electronically to most Georgia colleges and universities, as well as the NCAA Clearinghouse. Out-of-state transcript requests are sent via U.S. mail. Requests can be made in person in Student Services with Mrs. Dunn, by making a request via www.gacollege411.org, or by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . There is no charge to current students for transcript requests. Please allow 3 days for processing.

Former JHS Students:

Students who graduated JHS in 2009, 2010, or 2011 can have their transcripts sent electronically by making a request via www.gacollege411.org or by emailing Mrs. Dunn, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . There is a $3.00 charge for any transcripts that cannot be sent electronically. When making a request please include your full name at the time of graduation and your graduation year. Please allow 3 days for processing.

Students who graduated in the following years must requests transcripts from Hall County Student Services by calling 770-967-5846.
