The Media Center is the place where we ensure that our students will become lifetime learners. We start with an orientation at the beginning of the year and continue with book check out and a variety of research projects and topics throughout the year. Students are helped in this effort by the media staff and our multi-station local network.

Books are checked out through our computerized catalog service Spectrum. Standard reference materials and skills are still an important part of a student's work in the media center. Our magazine article database, AV materials, books and newspapers continue to be valuable resources.

Literature to support curricular needs and reading for fun are part of the balanced picture.

Opening new avenues to learning and guiding students toward enjoyable, well-written literature is our goal. We're glad to have have you here at C.W. Davis Middle school and look forward to seeing you often.
