Family and Consumer Science

The Family and Consumer Science Program provides many opportunities for students to apply academic skills to real life situations. This program combines social science, including its emphasis on the well-being of families, individuals, and communities, and natural science with its emphasis on nutrition, food science, and textile sciences. Students will learn to apply skills that will be valuable throughout their lives.
