Guests were invited to eat lunch and walk in our parade. A ceremony was held, with guest speaker David Kimbrell, Hall County Fire Chief.      A Message from the Principal

We are living in exciting times for the Chestnut Mountain community! Chestnut Mountain Elementary has been a symbol of rich educational tradition in the community for generations. The school community carried these traditions to the new facility which opened its doors for the first time on August 7, 2008!

We have enrolled 686 kindergarten through fifth grade students in the 92,500 square foot facility located at 4841 Union Church Road. Our school office is open daily from 7:15am to 4pm. For a copy of our school supply list, please click on the school news link above.

We would like to thank Hall County Board of Education, Charles Black Construction, and the citizens of Hall County who have supported the SPLOST tax for making our dream a reality. We will continue the rich tradition of learning in our beautiful, new facility.

Sincerely,

Sabrina May, Principal
