Progress
reports for each of the Balanced Scorecard Goals may be accessed by
clicking on the number (i.e., C3, R5, etc.) of the Goals.
Five Year Teaching and Learning Goals:
Elementary: 90 percent of students
will read at or above grade level by the end of the third grade, 90
percent of elementary students will meet or exceed state standards in
mathematics
Middle: 90 Percent of middle
school students will meet or exceed state standards in reading and
mathematics. 50 percent of middle school students will enter high
school with Carnegie Unit credit
High: 90 percent of students
will graduate (traditional diploma, special education diploma, or GED
with enrollment in a post-secondary institution). 50 percent of high
school students will graduate with post-secondary credit earned
