Principal
Dear Parents and Students:

Welcome to Sardis Enrichment School. We are excited about this school year. We work hard to provide a challenging and caring environment to help students grow at their best rate. You will find that Sardis staff members genuinely care about children. Many opportunities are provided for students to participate actively in their learning. Our goal is to help every child be successful.
Parents are encouraged to get involved in their child’s education by attending PTO meetings, volunteering at school, communicating closely with teachers, and reading with their children daily. When the school and the home work as partners, students thrive. Parents are important to our Sardis family. Join with us in making 2010-2011 a great school year.

Sincerely,
Jan Hughes, Principal

Learning At Home Links

All students have unique abilities and strengths, interests, learning styles, and preferred modes of expression. An approach to learning that matches resources to those strengths and preferences is the best way to improve achievement and provide true differentiation for all students.

Renzulli Learning

Renzulli Learning provides a unique way to enable teachers to differentiate instruction and content for every child.

FREE MONEY!

Help support Sardis using these free fundraising opportunities.  Each one offers a great way to send cash donations back to Sardis just for buying the things that you already buy!  Ask everyone you know to help- grandma, aunts and uncles, neighbors, friends...

Georgia Natural gas

Georgia Natural Gas offers a one-time $25 donation to Sardis just by going to their website to register your account if you are an existing GNG customer.  They will also send $5 back to Sardis every month that you remain a GNG customer.  There is no extra cost to you.

Publix

Publix offers a school rebate program.  Pick up a Publix card at the Sardis front office.  Have the cashier scan it at the checkout each time you buy groceries.  Publix rebates a portion of every dollar you spend back to Sardis at no extra cost to you.

Kroger

Kroger offers a school rebate program.  Download this barcode and have the cashier scan it at the checkout the next time you buy groceries using your existing Kroger Plus card.  Your Kroger Plus card will then be linked to Sardis for the 2008-2009 school year.  Kroger rebates a portion of every dollar you spend back to Sardis at no extra cost to you.

Box Tops

Box Tops for education is program offered by General Mills.  Clip the Box Tops logo off participating products.  Each month classes at Sardis compete to bring in the most box tops.  Sardis gets $0.10 for each box top we redeem through the program with a maximum of $20,000 per year.  You can also register to help Sardis earn even more through the Box Tops online program when you shop online for things you would be buying anyway.

Announcements are made on the Hall County School website as well. Staff members should check e mails regularly during inclement weather. Thank you to all staff members and parents for your patience and flexibility on March 2, 2009. Our wonderful Sardis staff accommodated students and moved through the day with no problem!
