Odyssey of the Mind (OM) is an international after-school program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college. Kids apply their creativity to solve problems that range from building mechanical devices to presenting their own interpretation of literary classics. They then bring their solutions to competition on the local, state, and world level. Martin has sent a team to World Finals the past five years.

Teams are selected by the coaches based on teacher recommendations, behavior, and verbal and hands-on problem scores from tryouts. Check back for 2010-2011 tryout information.
